Study conference “La protezione del credito: esecuzione forzata, misure conservative e autotutela”.
Belén Mora Capitán, an associate at CORTÉS, ABOGADOS, will participate in the study conference, “La protezione del credito: esecuzione forzata, misure conservative e autotutela” (“Credit Protection: enforcement, conservative measures and self defence”), organised by the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law at the UNIVERSITÁ DEGLI STUDI DI MILANO, which will take place on 21 June 2019.
Her presentation will address the issue of “La ricerca dei beni da pignorare nella legge processuale spagnola” (“The investigation of assets for the purposes of attachment under Spanish procedural law”).
