GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.- General information
The holder of the web page http://www.cortes-abogados.com (henceforth, “Website”) is a Spanish company Tescor Profesionales Asociados, S.L.P. (henceforth “CORTÉS, ABOGADOS”), located at C/ Hermanos Bécquer, 8 – 3º, 28006 Madrid, CIF: B85595635, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, volume 26,236, document 160, section 8, page M-472733, entry 1.
2.- Purpose of the present terms and conditions: conditions of access to and use of the Website by any person (henceforth “User”).
The use of the Website necessarily implies the User’s full and express acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions in force at any time the user accesses and uses the said facility. CORTÉS, ABOGADOS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and so Users are advised to read carefully the Terms and Conditions each time they wish to use the Website.
Furthermore, CORTÉS, ABOGADOS reserves the right to suspend access to the Website temporarily without prior notice and to make the modifications it deems appropriate to the said item, to the services or information it offers and to the appearance or location of the same.
3.- Intellectual and Industrial Property.
All the contents of the Website are subject to the rules on Intellectual and/or Industrial Property. Intellectual and/or industrial property rights in relation to the contents of the Website are the exclusive property of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS unless it expressly specifies otherwise. The User may only view and obtain a personal copy of the contents of the Website provided that the said copy is solely for personal and private use. Its usage for purposes other than above is strictly prohibited.
4.- Protection of Personal Data
Access to and use of the Website by the User does not involve the collection of personal data of the same by CORTÉS ABOGADOS. However, in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data, information that the User might provide through Website will be included in a file duly registered file owned by CORTÉS ABOGADOS for the purpose of identifying and contacting the User.
Under all circumstances, the User can exercise the rights recognised by Law, in particular the rights of access, rectification, opposition, cancellation, by way of written request that is duly signed and addressed to:

Addressing the technological circumstances, CORTÉS, ABOGADOS have taken technical security measures to prevent the alteration, loss, modification and/or unauthorized access to the stored data.
5.- Users’ responsibility for usage and content.
Under no circumstances may the User alter or delete the identifying data that exist, as the case may be, of the rights of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS or of third parties. The User may only access the contents through the means or procedures that have been made available for this purpose on the Website or that are normally used on the Internet for that purpose, provided that they do not imply a violation of the Intellectual/Industrial Property rights or any type of damage to the Website and/or the information or services it offers.
The User agrees to use the services and information from the Website in accordance with the Law, these terms and conditions, the norms of good behaviour and of public order and to accept a proper and lawful use of the services available and not to undertake the following activities:
a) Dissemination of racist, xenophobic or pornographic content or propaganda, or material that justifies terrorism or that is against human rights.
b) Engaging in acts that constitute an infringement of Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rights.
c) Causing damage to the computer systems of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS, of its suppliers or third parties and/or introducing or spreading computer viruses, harmful software or other systems that may cause damage to computer systems.
d) Transmitting or sending unsolicited or unauthorised electronic mails or publicity.
6.- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.
CORTÉS, ABOGADOS is not responsible for any damage or loss of the User’s software or hardware that arises from access to the Website or from the use of information or applications contained therein.
CORTÉS, ABOGADOS does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness or accuracy of the information or services contained on the Website, nor shall it be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused in relation to the use of the contents of the aforementioned site.
CORTÉS, ABOGADOS does not guarantee that the contents of the Website are suitable or available outside Spain. In the event that all or part of the contents of the Website are considered illegal in countries other than Spain, accessing the said items and their usage by Users is prohibited, and in the event that this occurs, it will be the sole responsibility of those Users, who will be obliged to comply with the applicable national laws.
7.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.
The present Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In relation to any dispute arising from the access and use of the Website, CORTÉS, ABOGADOS and the User expressly agree to present the said issue to the Court of Justice in the city of Madrid, thereby expressly waiving any general or special jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
