Conference: “Practical guidance of the new civil cassation appeal”.

Next October 10, 2023, will take place the conference: “Practical guidance of the new civil cassation appeal”, organized by the Barcelona Bar Association. This conference aims to provide legal professionals and the legal community in general with a more complete and updated understanding of the practical aspects of the civil cassation appeal. Belén Mora Capitán, partner of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS, professor of Procedural Law UPF and vice-president of the Procedural Law Section of the ICAB, will act as moderator.
