On 15 November, as part of the monthly meetings held by the Instituto de Gobernanza y Sociedad, a non-profit association dedicated to the improvement of governance practices in companies (listed and unlisted) and organisations or associations (public, semi-public and private), a session was held on “The Secretary of the Board of Directors” in which the guest speaker was Ana Sala, partner of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS.
