Civil Law Summit – Divergent approaches to disclosure and conflict of interest.

The first edition of GAR Live: Civil Law Summit, organised by the Global Arbitration Review, will take place on 9 October 2024. The conference will promote the relevance of the civil law system in international arbitration. The programme will feature prestigious speakers from around the world specialising in the field.

Ana Sala Andrés, partner at Cortés Abogados, will participate in the panel discussion, together with Mairée Uran Bidegain, independent arbitrator, Alejandro Escobar from Baker Botts and Alexis Mourre, founding partner of MCL Arbitration on ‘Divergent approaches to disclosure and conflict of interest’, which will focus on the different approaches between common law and civil law, as well as on arbitral disputes, which are increasingly in the spotlight.
