DANIEL CAMPOS NAVAS
Partner at CORTÉS, ABOGADOS since its reincorporation in June 2017, having previously been a member of the Firm between 2006 and 2008.
He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
A public prosecutor on voluntary leave, he has served in the Public Prosecutor’s Office for twenty-five years, having had assignments, among others, in the Economic Crimes section of the Prosecutor’s Office of the TSJ (High Court of Justice) in Madrid, and as a Special Prosecutor on Drugs, a Special Prosecutor against Corruption and a Prosecutor of the Audiencia Nacional, where he held the position of Economic Crime Coordinator.
He has been a member of the Financial Intelligence Committee for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offenses, the European Network of Joint Investigation Teams, and the Agreement Monitoring Committee of ORGA (Office of Recovery and Management of Assets) and FGE (European Public Prosecutor).
He has participated as an expert in numerous programmes to strengthen national institutions in the areas of: economic crime, organised crime and money laundering in various Ibero-American and Eastern European states.

Salvador Díaz La Chica
