5TH SESSION OF THE APDPUE SEMINARS ON THE PRELIMINARY DRAFT BILL ON CRIMINAL LAW.
On Thursday 17 June 2021, the 5th Session of the Seminars on the Draft Bill of the Criminal Procedure Law organised by the Association of Procedural Law Professors of Spanish Universities (APDPUE) will take place. The session is entitled “The investigation phase: Investigation proceedings (I)” and this year it has been organised by the Procedural Law Department of the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona.
Belén Mora Capitán, partner of CORTÉS, ABOGADOS and lecturer in Procedural Law at the UPF, will act as moderator in the paper “Examination of witnesses and experts”.
